L’installazione di Chiara Fazi è come un montaggio fatto d’illustrazione, in cui l’artista reinterpreta una breve scena tratta da sei importanti film, sia italiani che stranieri, che hanno segnato la storia del cinema, Say Yes. Sei spazi, sei film, sei storie che, in quello che potremmo definire un painter’s cut, hanno animato per un mese la facciata superiore dello stabile in via del Porto Fluviale, angolo via delle Conce. Il laureato, Matrix, Ritorno al Futuro, Nuovo cinema paradiso, Marrakech Express e Blow Up, opere d’arte che insieme ne hanno dato vita a un’altra.

The installation by Chiara Fazi is like a collage made of drawings, in which the artist reinterprets a short scene taken from six big movies, both Italian and foreign, that have influenced the history of cinema, Say Yes. Six areas, six films, six stories that, like a painter’s cut, have animated the top front wall of the building in Via del Porto Fluviale, on the corner with Via delle Conce. The Graduate, The Matrix, Back to Future, Cinema Paradiso, Marrakech Express and Blow Up, are artworks that together have helped create a new one.
